Positive Aspects

1. Balanced Mid-Range Design

The Helio G100 integrates two Cortex-A76 performance cores with six Cortex-A55 efficiency cores on a 6 nm process, providing consistent performance for daily tasks and efficient multitasking at this price point.

2. Enhanced Camera Support

Compared to some its predecessors, the Helio G100 supports up to 200MP main camera sensors, enabling higher resolution photography on mid-range devices.

3. Multimedia and Display Capabilities

The integrated Mali-G57 MP2 GPU accompanied by support for FHD+ / 120 Hz displays and modern video codecs delivers smooth multimedia playback and casual gaming for typical users.

Negative Aspects

1. No 5G Connectivity

Helio G100 does not include 5G support, limiting its connectivity options in markets where 5G adoption is increasing.

2. Modest GPU for Heavy Gaming

Although the GPU is capable for general graphics tasks and light gaming, the Mali-G57 MP2 still struggles with more demanding 3D games at high settings compared to higher-end chipsets.
